Refund policy

At WSPR, we work closely with international brands and suppliers to provide curated furniture, lighting, and interior products tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our products and procurement process, the following policy applies to all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed and shipped from the supplier or manufacturer.

This policy applies to:

  • Furniture
  • Lighting
  • Decorative items
  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items
  • International procurement orders

Order Amendments

Order amendments may be possible only before production or shipping confirmation.

Off-the-Shelf Items

Changes to off-the-shelf products may be accommodated depending on supplier approval and stock availability.

Custom Finishes & Made-to-Order Items

Orders involving custom finishes, fabrics, dimensions, materials, or any made-to-order specifications cannot be amended, cancelled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and coordinate with the supplier accordingly.
