These Terms of Service apply to every visit to letswspr.com and to every order, quote and request made through it, by WhatsApp, by email or in person. The site is operated by WSPR GROUP FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (Business Licence 4419528, TRN 104934428400003). "Let's WSPR", "WSPR" and "letswspr.com" are brands and trading names of WSPR GROUP FZE, and every sale, quote and service offered under them is made by WSPR GROUP FZE, referred to here as "WSPR", "we" or "us". By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. What we do

WSPR sources contemporary furniture, lighting, tiles and accessories from international brands for homes and projects. Some pieces are held in stock; most are made to order by the brand after your order is confirmed. Each product page states which applies.

2. Products, images and finishes

  • Images, colours and finishes are shown as accurately as a screen allows. Natural materials such as wood, stone, leather, linen and ceramics vary from piece to piece, and this variation is part of the product, not a defect.
  • Dimensions and technical data come from the brand. Please check them against your space before ordering; data sheets and drawings are available on the product page or on request.
  • Where a sample or swatch is available, we recommend seeing it before ordering a custom finish.

3. Prices, quotes and VAT

  • Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout or on your invoice at the applicable rate.
  • Delivery is not included in product prices unless stated. Assembly and installation are included unless stated otherwise on the product page or in your quote.
  • Quotes for custom finishes, sizes, quantities or projects are valid for 10 days, unless the quote says otherwise. Brand price changes, currency movements or supplier surcharges after that period may change the price.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Orders and confirmation

  • An order placed online, or a quote you accept, is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we confirm it in writing and the required payment has been received.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if a product is discontinued by the brand or cannot be supplied in the chosen specification. Any payment made is then refunded in full.

5. Payment

  • Online orders are paid in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • For quoted and made-to-order orders, a deposit of 50% is due on confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Production is released to the brand only after the required payment is received.
  • Goods remain the property of WSPR until paid in full.

6. Lead times

Lead times shown on product pages and in quotes are estimates provided by the brand and depend on production and transport. We share updates as we receive them, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, carriers, customs or events outside our control.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Changes, cancellations and returns

Changes, cancellations and returns are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: all sales are final once an order is confirmed, and made-to-order or custom items cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation.

9. Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We review the case and coordinate the solution with the brand.

10. Manufacturer warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's own warranty, where the brand offers one, under the brand's terms. We pass on warranty claims to the brand on your behalf. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation or care, or natural variation in materials.

11. Trade and studio accounts

Designers, architects and companies may apply for a trade account. Trade terms, pricing and payment conditions are agreed in writing per account and apply in addition to these terms.

12. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

13. Content and intellectual property

"Let's WSPR", "WSPR", the WSPR logo and letswspr.com are trade marks and trading names of WSPR GROUP FZE. Text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to WSPR GROUP FZE or to the brands we represent and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party brand names and product names are the property of their owners and are used only to identify their products.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, time or use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
