Shipping policy

Let's WSPR and letswspr.com are brands of WSPR GROUP FZE. Every order is planned with you, and this policy explains how delivery works for pieces bought on letswspr.com or through a quote.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Deliveries to other GCC countries are quoted on request.

2. Lead times

  • In-stock pieces are dispatched once your order is confirmed and paid. We contact you to agree a delivery date.
  • Made-to-order pieces are produced by the brand after your order is confirmed. The lead time on the product page or in your quote is the brand's estimate for production and transport to the UAE. We share updates as we receive them and confirm the delivery date with you once the goods arrive in the UAE.
  • Orders with several pieces may arrive in more than one delivery, or be held so they arrive together, as you prefer.

3. Delivery cost

Bulky items, tiles on pallets, upper floors without a lift, and deliveries outside Dubai may be quoted separately. Any delivery cost is confirmed with you before dispatch.

4. On delivery day

  • Standard delivery is to the site location. Off-loading, on-loading, carrying into the building and site storage are arranged by the designer, contractor or client. Tiles are delivered on pallets.
  • Please make sure the piece fits through doors, stairs and lifts, and arrange any building permits or access passes needed for the delivery.
  • Someone must be present to receive the order. If a delivery cannot be completed because of access or absence, re-delivery and storage may be charged.
  • Assembly and installation are included unless stated otherwise on the product page or in your quote.

5. Inspection and damage

Please check the pieces and packaging on delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us your order number, photos of the item and packaging and a short description within 48 hours of delivery. We review the case and coordinate with the brand. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Customs and duties

For deliveries within the UAE, import duties on goods we bring in are handled by WSPR and included in our prices. For deliveries outside the UAE, any import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are paid by the customer unless your quote states otherwise.
