The Linear System Middle Module by Muuto is a middle module for the Linear System, a table with half-circle legs and a slender overhang that can be configured to the space. Designed by Thomas Bentzen.

A System That Grows

The legs are cut into half-circles and joined with the table for a light expression, and the slender overhang at both ends gives the table a refined finish. The design refers to Scandinavian design heritage.

Middle and End Modules let the table be configured to the exact needs of a space.

Materials & Care

The tabletop is oak veneer, or in the black version ash veneer or black nanolaminate. The frame is veneered plywood and the legs are solid oak, with felt glides included. Black nanolaminate has an ABS edge. Different tabletop finishes cannot be mixed within a Linear System configuration. Oak veneer is mix-matched to reduce differences between tabletops, but as wood is a natural material, slight variation can occur from table to table.

Clean wood and veneer with a damp cloth, with a mild, non-concentrated detergent if needed, then wipe dry. Remove liquids and grease straight away. Minor scratches on nanolaminate can be treated with a melamine sponge from a hardware store.
