Made from Discarded Cartons
Pap Bookcase is a modular shelving system where material research and functional clarity come first. Its panels are made from discarded food cartons, including milk cartons, that would otherwise be incinerated.
The cartons are shredded coarsely, so fragments of the original packaging stay visible, while the plastic layers melt and act as the binder. No chemicals are used. No two panels are the same, with subtle variations in colour and pattern.
