Diwan Chaise Longue by Sancal
The Diwan Chaise Longue by Sancal is a slim, sculptural day bed designed by PerezOchando in 2020.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
Oriental Luxury for Modern Life
The diwan was once the reception room where rulers welcomed guests to recline and talk. Valencia's Arab heritage led PerezOchando to a contemporary version: sinuous seats and backs pared back to the minimum, on flat wooden legs in natural or stained wood.

Fixed back: a set, supportive backrest
Reclining back: tilts back through five positions
Lumbar cushion: 55 × 22 cm, for extra support and a touch of colour
