Loop Sofa by Sancal

The Loop Sofa by Sancal is a family of soft, tube-like sofas and poufs bent into a closed loop, designed by Raw Color in 2022.

Available in Dubai through WSPR.

A Closed Loop of Colours

Raw Color looked for new, joyful ways of sitting. Each Loop is one continuous, rounded form: long poufs, compact sofas and terminal sofas that curl back on themselves, upholstered in one colour, two, or a patchwork.

Pieces and Editions

  • Poufs: 155, 230 or 305 cm long

  • Sofas: 155 or 230 cm, plus terminal sofas of 230 or 305 cm with the back on the left or right

  • Monocolour or Bicolour: any compatible Sancal fabric, one colour or back and seat in two

  • Designer's Edition: four curated patchwork combinations in Kvadrat's Planum fabric

Who designed Loop?

Loop is designed by the Dutch studio Raw Color for Sancal (2022).
What is the Designer's Edition?

A curated selection of four patchwork colour combinations in Planum, the fabric Raw Color created for Kvadrat, mixing reds, yellows, blues or greens. It has a fixed price. The standard Loop can be upholstered in one colour or with a different colour for the back and seat.
Why does the price start at series 2?

The standard Loop is not offered in Sancal's first fabric series, so the price shown is for series 2. Your chosen fabric sets the final price, which we confirm in your quote.
Where is Loop made?

Loop is made to order by Sancal in Spain. The sofas need simple assembly, and instructions are included.
