Coltre Modular Sofa 6-Seater Configurations by Muuto
The Coltre Modular Sofa 6-Seater Configurations by Muuto is the six-seat version of a modular sofa, offered in three configurations. Designed by Studiopepe.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
A Blanket Over a Frame
Named after the Italian word for blanket, the Coltre design refers to a soft, padded layer resting over a defined surface. A quilted textile top drapes over a structured wood frame, where parallel stitched lines create rhythm and volume.
The side profile reads like a slice through layered tiers. Each module can stand alone or be combined into flexible arrangements.

Materials & Care
The frame is FSC-certified (FSC-C028824) wood with metal springs. A foam shell lined with non-woven fabric is stapled to the frame. The fabric cover is removable and can be replaced. The quilted top layer has fixed wadding. Legs are FSC-certified beech, and each module has two pre-installed flat steel connectors.
Fluff the quilted top layer regularly to keep its soft, wrinkled look. Creases in the fitted lower cover can be smoothed by hand. For fabric care, follow the textile supplier's guidelines.
