A Grand Seat, a Small Footprint

Muuto combines Scandinavian craftsmanship with a modern design language. The result is simple and refined, with a grand seat that takes up little space in the room.

Details include the curved back, the wooden armrest covers and a slightly curved seat. It is made for private and professional spaces alike.

Materials & Care

The chair is made from form-pressed wood, folded over the legs and backrest to lock the parts together. The back and seat are oak veneer on a solid oak frame, finished with water-based lacquer and plastic glides. Oak veneer and Stained Dark Brown can show slight colour variations.

Wood: clean with a moist cloth, then wipe off excess liquid with a dry cloth. Upholstery: dab non-greasy textile stains with a lint-free cloth wrung out in clean, warm water, with soapy water if needed. Muuto points to kvadrat.dk for textile advice. Imitation leather: lukewarm pH-neutral soapy water, no solvents. Leather: wipe with a dry cloth regularly and treat it at least four times a year.
