A Shell with a Soft Touch
The Fiber Chair brings a new perspective to the iconic shell chair. Its shell is a composite of wood fibers and 100% recycled plastic, and the fibers blend into the surface for a matte finish with a soft, inviting touch.
The curves are friendly and embracing, designed to give extensive comfort while taking up little space in the room.

Materials & Care
The shell is 100% recycled plastic from post-industrial waste, reinforced with strength-improving additives and mixed with up to 25% wood fibers (FSC™-certified, FSC-C028824, in the version without upholstery). Slight colour variations can occur in the unupholstered shell.
Base: Swivel base in powder coated or polished aluminum made using minimum 80% recycled die casted aluminum, from a mix of post-industrial and post-consumer waste. Cylinder in steel. Plastic glides.
Textile: dab non-greasy stains with a lint-free cloth wrung out in warm water, then soapy water if needed. Muuto points to Kvadrat for textile-specific advice. Imitation leather: lukewarm pH-neutral soapy water, no solvents. Leather is natural and needs looking after. Base: moist cloth, with a little dish soap if needed.
