The name Varjo means “shadows” in Finnish. It hints at how the woven texture creates a sense of shadow and light within the weave.
With a unique pattern and discreet colour-blocking, the Varjo Rug is hand-woven from 100% New Zealand wool.

100% New Zealand lambswool, dyed and woven by hand. For regular cleaning, vacuum the rug. Clean stains instantly with sparkling water. Turn the rug every six months for even wear.
