Nama Dining Chair by 101 Copenhagen
The Nama Dining Chair by 101 Copenhagen is an armless oak dining chair with curved wooden members, an upholstered seat and a strapped backrest, designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
Raw and Refined
Nama means raw and natural in Japanese. The chair draws on traditional stick chairs, where every curved piece of wood carries load. Its upholstered backrest nods to Copenhagen bicycle bags and is held by simple straps. The result is light, durable and calm to look at, with organic warmth set against softer surfaces.
