Norm 69 Lamp by Normann Copenhagen
The Norm 69 Lamp by Normann Copenhagen is a self-assembly pendant lampshade made of 69 pieces. Designed by Simon Karkov.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
A Piece You Assemble
Norm 69 holds a special place in the Normann Copenhagen story, as the first product the company launched. Simon Karkov designed it in 1969. It lay forgotten in a loft until it was found in 2001.
The shade is made of a special non-flammable material. Sixty-nine elements are arrayed in a circle, creating a large volume. Anyone can assemble it without tools, and an assembly manual is included.
