A Tribute to the Column

Scala takes the column as its starting point. Designer Simon Legald highlights the form of the column in an otherwise straightforward table, which also gives it a high degree of stability.

The base is made of four columns that change expression depending on where you stand. The sturdy base is paired with a square top, here with a polished marble top.

Scala is a collection of dining, coffee and café tables, with tops in oak veneer, marble or stainless steel.

Materials & Care

The base is powder-coated steel and the tabletop is in polished marble. The marble top has a surface treatment that penetrates the stone and gives long-term protection. Keep acidic foods and drinks away from the surface, as they can leave stains. The top is mounted with four screws. Clean with a damp cloth.
