The Studio Bar Chair 65 cm Front Upholstery Steel by Normann Copenhagen is a counter-height chair with a front-upholstered shell, on a slender black steel frame. Designed by Simon Legald.

Industrial Notes
There is something graphic about the way the slender steel frame of the Studio chair grows out below the seat and back, framing the moulded shell in an airy design. The flowing lines read like a line drawing or pictogram.
The simple construction in veneer and steel tube recalls older French factory chairs, which gives Studio its industrial notes. It draws attention, yet glows with simplicity.

Materials & Care
The shell is moulded veneer: lacquered oak, or painted and lacquered ash. The legs are powder-coated steel tube. The upholstery is over PU foam. Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. For textile use a textile or upholstery cleaner; for leather wipe with a damp cloth and warm water with soap flakes. Vacuum frequently with a soft fitting. Sharp objects can leave marks. Check and tighten the screws every 3 to 6 months. PE glides are included and felt glides can be bought separately; check the glides regularly and replace them if worn.
