Phare Table Lamp by Audo

The Phare Table Lamp by Audo is a portable, rechargeable LED lamp with a white globe shade on a slender aluminium frame. Lightweight and simple to move, it can stand on a table, hang or be taken outside in dry conditions, and it is made to be a versatile everyday companion.

Available in Dubai through WSPR.

From the Cité Radieuse to Your Home

Phare was designed for apartment no. 50 at Le Corbusier’s Cité Radieuse in Marseille. The building’s flat roof caters to social needs but has no built-in lighting, and Phare provides the remedy: light and easy to carry, with materials that take their inspiration from the roof construction.

Its design is the result of a reduction process. By leaving out superfluous or decorative elements, only its function gives it its formal language, and it stands in opposition to the planned obsolescence of products.

Designed for Everyday Versatility

Whether standing or hanging, Phare is not a lamp for one spot only. It suits residences from Le Corbusier’s building to a contemporary, urban flat.

Key features include:

• Rechargeable, so it can be placed freely

• Can stand or hang

• Can be taken outside as long as conditions are dry

• Lightweight and simple to transport

• Sphere shade in injected plastic

• Switch on the base

Only keep the lamp plugged in while it is charging, with the lamp off, to keep the internal battery healthy.

Materials & Craftsmanship

The frame is crafted from aluminium for recyclability, durability and lightness, while the sphere is made from injected plastic for long-term durability and safety, for both the lamp and the user.

Available features include:

• Aluminium frame, designed to be fully recyclable

• Injected plastic (PC) sphere shade

• 2 watt LED board, 100 lm, 2700K, Ra above 80

• Recharge input 5V, 1.5A

• Not dimmable, with a switch on the base

• IP20, Class III

Phare is not compatible with Audo’s Charging Board. Charge it with its own charging input.

Ideal For

• Bedside tables and side tables

• Bookshelves and desks

• Small apartments and urban flats

• Balconies and terraces on dry evenings

• Hospitality tables and reading corners

Wherever a small, warm light is needed, Phare can be placed, hung or moved as the day requires.
