Puffin Dining Table, Rectangular by Audo
The Puffin Dining Table, Rectangular by Audo is a solid oak dining table designed for Audo by Atelier Axo. It extends the design language of the round Puffin in a longer format, with the solidity of a country kitchen table and the lighter structure of Shaker furniture.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
Country Kitchen Meets Shaker
The rectangular Puffin balances the solidity of a traditional country kitchen table with the lighter structure of Shaker furniture. The result is a form that feels grounded yet adaptable in use.
Crafted in solid oak, the surface develops character over time as it absorbs the traces of daily life. Its proportions support shared meals, conversation and everyday gathering, and bring a calm, familiar presence into the room.
Designed for Shared Meals
The Puffin Dining Table in its rectangular version is made for the room where people actually sit down together, with an honest, uncomplicated build.
Key features include:
Designed by Atelier Axo for Audo, 2026
Base in solid oak
Tabletop in solid oak or oak veneer
Solid oak version with an oiled finish
Supplied flat-packed for indoor use
The table pairs easily with dining chairs in wood, cord or upholstery, and sits well beneath a linear or softly glowing pendant.
Materials & Craftsmanship
The base is crafted from solid oak, while the tabletop is available in either solid oak or oak veneer. The wood is carefully dried and processed to achieve a high-quality finish that highlights its natural character and ensures lasting stability.
Available features include:
Solid oak base in a natural finish
Solid oak tabletop with an oiled finish
Oak veneer tabletop as a lighter-priced alternative in the same natural tone
Made in Germany, according to the Audo fact sheet
Oak ages gently, so marks and small changes in tone become part of the table over the years rather than something to hide.
Ideal For
Family and everyday dining rooms
Kitchen-diners with a relaxed, country feel
Open-plan homes and shared living spaces
Home workspaces and studio tables
Cafés and hospitality settings that favour natural materials
Where a table needs to be used, not just admired, the rectangular Puffin is a calm, dependable choice.
