Tortuga Armchair by Sancal
The Tortuga Armchair by Sancal is the full-height Tortuga, with a separate headrest cushion, designed by Isaac Piñeiro in 2016.
Available in Dubai through WSPR.
A Shell to Sink Into
Tortuga takes its cue from a tortoise shell: somewhere to withdraw into with a good book, or to drift off. A deep, rounded shell holds a quilted inner seat and back in soft memory foam, and the headrest cushion completes the high back. The fabric can be as quiet or as loud as you like, including a two-tone combination of inside and outside.
